Special Precautions & Warnings
- Individuals with Estrogen sensitive conditions such as breast cancer, endometrial cancer, endometriosis fibroids, polycystic ovarian syndrome , ovarian cysts, uterine cancer & ovarian cancer should take precaution & NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.
(Estrogen can act as a spark to cancer cells, causing them multiply and spread)

2. Birth Control & Hormone Replacement Therapy
If you are using birth control & HRT release artificial estrogen into the body, it is best to refrain from using this supplement or stop using those medications before starting Estra Confident. Estra Confident may disrupt the effectiveness of these therapies and cause unwanted symptoms such as vaginal bleeding, mood swings, & breast tenderness.
3. Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
The woman’s body during pregnancy is already producing elevated levels of estrogen. Taking a supplement to raise them even more may cause adverse reactions such as nausea, fetal abnormalities, and miscarriage.
As far as breast feeding, Estra Confident contains potent herbs that should NOT be exposed to the infant.
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR POST-MENOPAUSAL WOMEN
The bottle includes 10 individually wrapped syringes for you to dispense yourself. The dose values are:
.5ML-The smallest dose, .75ML-The medium dose, & 1ML- The largest dose
Instructions: Use syringe and fill it to the desired dosage then dispense oil under the tongue. You will do this only ONCE a day in the morning. NEVER double dose and take the same amount consistently each day. You may dose down gradually during the lifetime of using this supplement as your body begins to regulate itself.
*IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO START WITH THE SMALLEST DOSE FIRST TO PROPERLY INTRODUCE YOUR BODY TO THE HERBS.
Side Effects: MAY cause Increased appetite, changes to menstrual cycle, breast tenderness, & breast growth.
If you are experiencing frequent crying, emotional outburst, sleep disruptions, stomach aches, anxiety, and jitters those are all signs your dose is too high. Please lower your dose.
Taste-Bitter
It is highly recommended to start with the smallest dose and work your way up gradually, For example, if you choose to take .75ML, you will take .5ML for the first 3 days and then continue with the .75ML dose on the 4th day. If you miss a dose, no worries, just continue as normal the next day & NEVER DOUBLE DOSE!
